1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Smart Reach AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Service.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

2.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2.2 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Investment Terms

All investments made through the platform are subject to the following conditions:

Minimum Investment: $50 USD equivalent
Investment Duration: 180 days (6 months)
Returns: 0.8% per promotion click (max 2 clicks daily)
Principal Return: Full investment amount returned after 180 days

Past performance does not guarantee future results. All investments carry risk.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions are subject to the following:

Deposit Fee: $1 per transaction
Withdrawal Fee: 5% of withdrawal amount
Minimum Withdrawal: $10 USD
Processing Time: 24-48 hours for withdrawals

5. Team Bonus Program

Our team bonus program operates as follows:

Qualification: 9 direct referrals with active investments
Weekly Bonus: 10% of team's promotion earnings
Distribution: 5% to leader, 5% split equally among members
Payment: Processed every Monday

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

Fraudulent Activity: Manipulating clicks or referral system
Money Laundering: Attempting to process illegal funds
Abusive Behavior: Harassing other users or staff

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Reach AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service
Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through our Service

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
